ok.
im not a big cold play fan.
it seems like its the thing to listen to if you want to be a "progressive pastor".
whatever that means.

i got the album and have listened to it six times.
its ok.

viva la vida is good for listening while

  • working
  • sitting and chilling
  • napping

viva la vida is not good for listening while
  • riding a roller coaster
  • road trips in the car
  • head banging

do you like the new coldplay album?

If I remember correctly, you also were not a fan of Caedmon's Call. I'm guessing mellow music is not your style :-P

So-so for me, too - not as catchy as some of their previous stuff. You're not alone.

Obviously when you incorrectly spell the band's name, you aren't that big of a fan :)
I've loved Coldplay however I don't know what a "progressive pastor" is. I've probably run through it a dozen times or so and I love Viva La Vida. What I've come to find is that those who love Coldplay will love Viva La Vida and those who don't will think it sounds like the rest of their stuff.
